I will never forget my first migraine.
I was in the 6th grade, trying to read a textbook in class when the words became blurry. Soon my head started throbbing, so I asked to go to the nurse’s office — where I proceeded to throw up (even though I didn’t feel very nauseous).
That was nearly 25 years ago. And here I am, a working mom of two, and I’m still battling those exact. same. migraines.
I hardly get any warning – in one moment I’m smiling and enjoying my day. But then? Suddenly I’m curled up with the lights turned off and covers pulled up over my head as I try to sleep it off.
At first, it was annoying. But over the years, my migraines have gotten worse. When I get an attack, it’s hard to think straight – and as a result, I’ve been forced to live a less fulfilling life.
I’ve stopped gardening and hiking as often. I rarely get to enjoy the time I have with my kids (I have to call a sitter when they get really bad). Heck, I’ve even had to cut my hours at work recently because I was calling in sick all the time.
It feels horrible… I know my family, friends, and co-workers understand that it’s not my fault, but they can’t SEE the pain I’m in… so I still feel like they’re judging me when I have to go lie down.
It all reached a tipping point when I spent nearly a month in bed earlier this year. I started getting depressed – it was like my headaches were making me lose my sense of self. After all, if I can’t do the things I enjoy in life, what’s the point?
For years, I tried everything to give myself a break. Name every natural, over-the-counter, or prescription remedy on planet Earth, and I’ve tried it.
The wet washcloth trick? Sure, it works – but only for five minutes, and it’s messy. And drugs? Yes, they work too… but I struggle keeping up with my kids as it is. I don’t need to feel slow and sluggish after pumping my body full of painkillers.
Near the end of that horrible month I spent mostly in bed, I started sharing my frustrations on social media. I didn’t really expect anyone to help… I just needed to feel less alone in my struggles.
But thankfully, I have an amazing network of friends who believe in natural remedies. Instead of “why don’t you ask your doctor for pain pills?”, I got a lot of sympathy… and then I received the message that would change my life:
A friend of a friend, Alissa, recommended something called the Aculief Headache Hat.
Of course I was skeptical – I’ve tried so many gadgets that I couldn’t believe one would finally work. But like I said, I’ve tried the wet washcloth technique and it worked better than anything else (it was just too difficult to keep in place).
So I decided to give it a shot… and frankly, I have no idea why no one is talking about this thing – because it completely relieved my migraine in 15 minutes!
The Aculief Headache Relief Hat is a cold therapy hat lined with frozen gel packs that apply a light compression all around your head.
It’s the greatest feeling imaginable. It feels like a cold pillow wrapped around your head. One of the most soothing relaxing experiences when you I a headache.
Since the hat is made from stretchable, breathable fabric, it holds the soft cold gel packs comfortably in place.
UGH.
So much more convenient than holding random freezer objects to my forehead for hours, or waking up from a nap soaked in the water from my melted ice bag.
I’ve tried hundreds of solutions so far (I got very creative too)… but Aculief has been the only natural solution to my headaches and migraines that actually works. I never expected to get relief without drugs, prescriptions, or doctor visits… but this thing really does the trick for me!
And it turns out I’m not alone. The hat hasn’t been on the market for long and Aculief has already helped thousands of people like me under constant attack from painful headaches.
Even better, it only takes me 5 minutes to start feeling better. Even my prescription painkillers would take 6x longer and they cost me a small fortune every month.
This is the best part – it’s so easy! There’s nothing complicated to mess with, and you can’t get it wrong:
As I mentioned, I keep mine in the fridge at all times so it’s always ready to go. If you find that it’s too cold in the fridge, simply wait a bit before applying it. It’s totally up to you!
I personally like to place mine in the fridge (not the freezer) to get the perfect temperature for pain relief, but Alissa (the person who introduced me to it) prefers the icy temperatures. It’s all up to you – just go with whatever gives you the most relief.
After trying every so-called “headache cure” on the market, I had zero hope the Aculief Headache Relief Hat would actually work. After all, if I hadn’t found a solution in 30 years, did it really exist?
As it turns out, the Aculief Headache Relief Hat was invented as an easy, more effective replacement for the cool, wet washcloth technique. It combines cold therapy and compression to fight those nasty headaches… without the mess or inconvenience of a wet washcloth.
Makes sense… but it still doesn’t explain why this works so well when so many other methods didn’t!
At my last physical, my doctor filled in the missing info. Apparently, when a migraine kicks in, tiny blood vessels all around the head become inflamed.
Aculief’s unique combination of compression and cold therapy work to naturally reduce the inflammation of swollen blood vessels around the head. Most people don’t know that this inflammation is commonly linked to the horrible head pain.
I bet you also didn’t know that the chemicals in common headache prescription drugs called Triptans relax the swelling of these blood vessels around the head that typically cause a head pain. Aculief Headache Relief Hat is designed to do the exact same thing, but Aculief does it in a completely natural way.1
I also asked my doctor about the science behind it and he also believed that compression and cold therapy are two of the most effective ways to reduce this inflammation – but not even he knew this product existed!
Aculief works on all types of headaches too.
Even kids can use it. The fabric has a slight stretch to it so it fits any head size.
I bought 3 more of them after I was tired of both my husband and two daughters always asking to wear mine around the house!
The buttery softness of the moisture-wicking material and soft frozen gel packs surrounding that hat makes it super comfortable to wear even when I lie down.
It stays at the perfect temperature too… lasting long enough to relax even the more severe ones.
Before I found the Aculief Headache Relief Hat, I had completely given up hope that any product could cure my migraines.
Since I started using my Aculief, my life has completely changed:
It may sound like a cliche, but the Aculief Headache Relief Hat truly gave me my life back.
I spent 30 years fighting a losing battle to chronic migraines. When I tried the Aculief Headache Relief Hat, I finally felt like I won that battle.
The Aculief Headache Relief Hat is the natural, easy, and fast solution that can rid of those nasty headaches. It’s incredibly relaxing, feels wonderful, and takes just 15 minutes – so even working moms can use it.

Lifesaver. Headache relief when all else fails. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I have a very rare health disorder (IIH) that causes daily pressure headaches. Due to the illness, not even medication helps with the headaches. This ice cap has been the sole saving grace from being in utter misery. I have 2 of these. Each one lasts from frozen to thawed on my head about a good 20-30 mins before its just room temp. So having a backup for me is a must. But so worth the money.I have had mine for a few months and they work good as the day I bought them. Would highly recommend!”
IT WORKS! (I too was skeptical) Game changer for migraine relief ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I always put an ice pack on my head and on the back of my neck for migraine relief and so this product was perfect for me! It fits well, it is comfortable, it stays cold for a long time. I have not tried heating it, I only want ice when my head hurts.”
